Returns
You may return any product within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

We will provide a Return Authorization and return instructions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection of the returned product.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
For exchanges due to model or variation changes, standard shipping rates may apply.

Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or does not function properly, notify us within 48 hours.

Return shipping costs

International orders

Restocking
