1. Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our store operated by Labadapttech LLC.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
If we experience high order volume or a delay, we will notify you by email.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and external factors.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
5. Duties, Taxes & International Shipping (DDP)
We ship internationally.
For deliveries to the European Union, all orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
VAT and import duties are included in the price shown at checkout.
Customers will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.
For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes or import requirements may vary by destination.
6. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in Israel via DHL.
7. Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct.
Labadapttech LLC is not responsible for:

incorrect or incomplete addresses

orders returned due to address errors
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If a package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.
While we are not responsible for delays or losses after a carrier marks an order as delivered, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims when possible.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
9. Order Changes
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or modify the order.
Contact us promptly after placing an order if changes are needed.
10. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is on backorder or pre-order, we will notify you of the expected shipping date.
Orders containing backordered items may ship together unless otherwise requested.
